"The hotel is right across the street from whale & wave watching and down the street from shopping. Several nature spots are a close drive away. The bed was super comfy. Room was more modern than I expected. Everyone was friendly at the hotel, always ready with whatever we needed. Plus the elevator was priceless. We will absolutely be staying here again."

"I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Such a beautiful property! Many thoughtful details and the rooms were spacious. Lovely to have the rockers on the private patio and we enjoyed the fireplace as well. So convenient to walk across the street for food and shopping trails and the beach were so close by. Staff was very kind and helpful! I wish the beds were firmer, much too squishy for my liking but everything else was perfect!"
