So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. I ordered lunch at the restaurant, but.... it took so long 30-40min, seriously i wasn't so sure why. 3. If you provide smoking room, it would be great if you set the ashtray in the room. Since this is a new hotel, trust that you will have a better service. Will come back here when i visited jogja later.

New hotel in Jogja
This is a brand new hotel Opened on the 20th of February in Jogja. Everything is new and clean and the service people are well trained. There is a small pool on the roof top and a bar too where you can enjoy the active volcano Merapi if the weather allows you.
