“This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.”

“The week we stayed there the homes near by appeared to be vacant so it felt like we had the lake all to ourselves. The cottage was clean, bright and comfortable. “Everything was great. The place was easy to find, (be advised the gps brought us to the adjacent street.) The cabin was clean, looked great, the grill & fire pit were our best friends. We loved the place so much we ate dinner outside everyday by the fire & relaxed till the stars were all over. Did some hiking & exploring and found a drive through preserve where we got to feed animals, my lady loved it. The cabin seems popular for fly fishing which we did not try. We intend to come back & try……

“Our stay was excellent!! My son and I loved the cabin… perfect size and it looks terrific!! It had everything we needed and was a great spot for us to use as a base camp to do some hiking and for most of the weekend just chill and relax… safe inside from the frigid temps outside. We did make use of the grill which made for some delicious meals and the fire pit was great too huddle around. And our dog Bailey also loved the open spaces to run around outside.
