Although toni was really nice and offered us a place to stay under his deck we felt like we were imposing. Asked about a fire and we were brought next door ti another campers fire. We really felt like we were imposing on someone else quite night with there family. We ended leaving and driving home”

“Our stay was fantastic! The cabin is part of a small farm. We had a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the cabin. The cabin (second floor of a larger barn) was larger than expected and with a great kitchen. The wifi connection worked great, but the mobile phone reception was not, which was fine for us. The host was very welcoming and the stay included eggs from the farm from the hens that walked around the yard. There is a farm stand at the first floor of the cabin were the host sold……

“Instructions on TV were all wrong/out of date, but owner cleared up second day. There are multiple logins listed for Fubo steaming service so owner should clear up all documentation for guests. Stove is not fully functional, but we did need it so it was not an issue for us. One kitchen glass had a crack in it. WiFi and Internet service is not fast, ~4Mbps down, resulting in streaming TV sometimes having to catch up in caching compressed data and delays in using laptop online. It got slower after……

“Can’t say enough good things about our time in Vermont. The property owner was extremely attentive (had an issue with the furnace he had fixed immediately); I had reached out for a local photographers name and were sent several. The property was perfect for us, location was beautiful, house was very clean and had anything you would need. I could go on and on. We will definitely stay here again!!!”

“This is our second time and once again Josh was responsive and thoughtful given we were in need of a place for Christmas Eve. The house was even decorated and nice and cozy for the holidays when we arrived AND he left us a gift of maple syrup, chocolates and a few other goodies for our stay. Having a fenced in yard makes it easy with our dogs and the house is conveniently located in the NEK. We will definitely continue to book here when we need a house to bring our dogs with us. Thanks again……

“This is a beautiful home in a spectacular location. We enjoyed the 2024 eclipse and a milestone birthday here. If anything, the home is even nicer than it appears in the listing. It's well equipped, clean, large, open, and every room has a delightful view of Lake Memphramagog. The host was very helpful in suggesting a location for watching the eclipse, and in pointing out local shops and attractions. Hope we get to return for a summer or winter adventure.”

“The setting of the cabin - near the end of the road by an out-of-the-way unspoilt pond - is wonderful, and the cabin, though modest, is very comortable and convenient. We canoed on the lake, saw loons and eagles, hiked nearby, and watched stars - days of amazement and calm. Thank you, Anthony, for being a helpful host, and for all the thought and practicality which has gone into making the cabin so welcoming.”

“New, clean, fresh and loved having a dishwasher as well as clothes washer and dryer. Perfect lay out for a couple. Will stay there again for sure!”

“This summer camp was immaculately clean and in the perfect place for eclipse viewing. The owner was promptly responsive and very helpful. Only two complaints: a very muddy sloping driveway that made me fear getting stuck, and a bathroom door that came off its track. It would have been good to know about the room enclosing the futon: happily it suited my very short travel companion, but a taller person would not have fit in it.”

“Have stayed in this cabin before,several years ago,so knew all about it. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to going back next year! Only complaint was garbage from previous occupant was not removed.”

“House was very nice with a great location. It is rather sparsely furnished. Would have been nice to have some cards, maybe so e games, maybe some music,,more towels. The hot tub would not heat for us but the owner tried to get it fixed for us but was not successful. The regular coffee maker haws found with old moldy grounds in it and the other one would not heat. I have a feeling that the owner is NOT really involved in this other than collecting the money and paying the house keeper. The owner……
