不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The Inn is upstairs from the restaurant. I believe my room was right above the kitchen, which made it very hot and very noisy. The thermostat in my room did not work which meant I had to open windows to get some relief from the heat. Normally not a problem, but because the kitchen was right below me, opening the window just made it louder and it felt like I could smell exhaust from the kitchen fans. I could clearly hear conversations from restaurant below. I was also put off buy the fact that 3 out of 4 times when I was carrying things from my car to my room I had to ask staff from the restaurant to move, "excuse me" as they were sitting on the stairs talking and looking at their phones. Looking around the room I noticed it was not clean (dirty walls/windows) and decided I did not feel comfortable staying here and with the noise from the packed restaurant below there was very little chance of a goodnight's sleep. I opted to check out and have requested a refund, which I have yet to hear anything back about.
