This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. "The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "

"There is lots to say about this property. First rubbish/trash left outside from last tenant, shower drainage issues, then flood through ceiling from drain upstairs. Insecticide powder across patio doorway. No communication from hosts about any of these things. Not really ready for people to stay in this state. "
