“Lovely room.clean.but very dissapointed with breakfast.we stayed for one night as a treat and its quite expensive to stay.went down for breakfast the whole place was chaotic with staff not knowing what they were doing people waiting for well over an hour for their breakfast order.lots of people complaining.orders coming out after a long wait time.we waited quite a while till some one took our order so we had toast during the wait time.lots of people walking out.breakfast when it arrived wasn't……

“A nice stay overall but everything is a bit dated Limited help from some staff, training could be better our welcome wasn't great. Went in the gym, water dispenser broken, TV remote didn't work, 1 treadmill broken 1 working, cross trainer broken otherwise ok The suite I booked wasn't a suite it was a cottage away from the hall and facilities didn't really feel part of it. facilities were ok and very spacious but I would have taken a normal room in the hall if I'd known I'd say 3* was enough for……

“Stayed four nights, but didn’t get around to using the spa unfortunately. The hotel is nice, and made a change from the chain hotels I normally stay in, but it was about the same price at this time, so why not. Reception staff were nice. Chambermaids were polite and helpful.”
