“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day.
That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial.
So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have……

Communication was above and beyond and once everything was sorted he sent over a useful list of “things to do”. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for having us ”

“Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some.”
