“What a treat! Would love to do this again. Beautiful boat with everything you needed to have a good time. Loved the location and area. Walked to the Tides Taproom for the best Halibut I’ve had in a really long time, and great beer brewed by 7 Seas Brewery. Loved this experience! Thank you Michelle and the Pond Babich people for sharing it.”

“It was delightful! The Shamrockin yacht is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need!! Loved being on the water and be unable to walk places. Hosts were lovely. I’m booking time there this summer. Have to visit again!”

“The property was fantastic. Adorable lot with many flowers and a great overlook. You can sit inside or outside and enjoy a great water view. Amenities were all there and property was well-documented with clear instructions for anything you needed. The binder with information about the area was a wonderful surprise. The place was quiet, clean, and adorably designed. The bed was comfortable, shower and hot water worked great. Parking was easy. Very clean! Instructions on how to check-in were……

“This property was in a great location to all the downtown venues. If you aren’t into walking the bus station is across the street. The grocery store across the street is a huge bonus. Property manager was great to work with very responsive and helpful. Loved the cute, clean little apartment in an historic old building.”

“The space was small, but big enough for the two of us and our twin 11 year old granddaughters. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to visit. The space was clean and well stocked. The dish of candy and the bowl of snacks were enjoyed, especially by the girls (though a lot of the items had passed their expiration date). There's a grocery store nearby. Actually close enough to walk back from Pike Place. Parking on the street, but limited to four hours at a time. Can't be extended until……

“We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and……

“This apartment had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a bunch of cute spots. Bus stops are right outside which make traveling around super easy. Comfy bed & great water pressure. Chris was easy to work with & the check in/check out process was seamless! Would recommend.”

“A well organized, comfortable studio with a lovely ocean view. The host is easy to contact & is super helpful. It is perfect for a couple to enjoy Alki Beach & a trip to Seattle via the nearby ferry.”

“Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit.”
