"Beautiful hotel in perfect tucked away spot one block away from the heart of PS. "

"Room was clean, average hotel. Although we were in a non- smoking floor, there was definitely someone smoking cigarettes:-(. Room walls are thin, can hear your neighbor. Restaurant hotel was good and prices were surprisingly inexpensive. Hotel is older however, it does need upgrades. "

"Everything was nice but both beds sunk in the middle and my husband and I both slipped on the slate ground getting out of hot tub and pool area-very slippery and saw someone slip and fall in the same area. "

"There is only one ice machine and it runs out of ice quick however if you go to the restaurant/bar the staff will fill ice bucket. Not all of the jacuzzi jets were working and lack instructions where to turn them on. Staff is great though-willing to help. "

The staff stood out for being exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the daily schedule of activities for both kids and adults — it kept everyone entertained and made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place for families looking for a relaxing and well-organized getaway."

"Pool was dirty, staff weren’t friendly, room was dated and the plumbing smelled. We ended up leaving early. We would not recommend this resort. "
