Weekend Getaway
Had an amazing weekend at the Kardashian Manor! From beginning to end, Armen the property owner was very helpful in making our stay very pleasant. Communication was on point, the house was perfect for my kids and partner. Only problem was I didn't book for a longer stay lol. Will definitely be back!!!

Great house, easy process, loved the game room
This was a great house. Our team was running a skate contest in Palm Springs. The house was convenient, probably 15 min away. The crew loved the game room. Lethal Weapon 3 pinball machine.

Beautiful home,
I was a little bummed that the pool and jacuzzi didn't get hot because that was my main reason for getting the home and the games in the game room aren't free, but other than that I enjoyed my stay

The house was clean and orderly. Everything made sense where it was. Some things were broken or seemed out of order, I contacted Armen and he addressed them properly. Close enough to golf and main highlights of the Palm Springs area. Thank you for hosting.

strengths and weaknesses
This rental was in an excellent location for hiking in the Palm Springs area and the house was roomy with a hot tub in a nice backyard. We enjoyed the mountain views and the doves that favored one of the bushes, and hiked every day. The kitchen table has 4 chairs ( some folding chairs but the table can accommodate only 5 people reasonably) There is no light over the dining table. Unfortunately, when we arrived and opened the door, the odor of air freshener was extremely overwhelming. We quickly located 9 air freshener dispensers spread throughout the house and immediately took them outside, opened all the windows, and tried to air the place out. As long as we kept the windows open, the smell was tolerable, but at night when it became cold, we were faced with the choice of breathing comfortably or staying warm. Even the tissues and towels smelled of air freshener. As someone who is sensitive to fragrances and whose asthma is triggered by strong perfumes, this was highly problematic. The owner turned the hot tub on by phone for free, but he charged for heating the pool.

Pleasant stay
Beautiful home with nice decor, very clean with enough towels and room for everyone. We enjoyed the game room but bummed the video game machine wasn't working. We also wanted to enjoy the pool & jacuzzi but it was bit dirty when we arrived so we didn't get to use it. Other then that everything was excellent, owner made sure we could reach him if we had any questions. Overall, everything was great but if you need to go to Palm Springs, it's next to impossible to get an UBER to come get you or drop you off.

Best Time!
I can’t wait for our next weekend with friends and fam. This house is just perfect, nice neighborhood, nice decor, super super clean, smelled so good the entire time we were there. Just the real biz here. Will be back way before the summer is over!!

The house reeked of cigarettes with overwhelming cover up of air fresheners The listing stated there was enough to sleep 10 people. No extra futon, we were left with guying to buy an air mattres The living room has a broken chair The house had an indoor camera which is a clear violation of VRBO and just a complete invasion of privacy The backyard was just an absolute disaster. Gazebo was nothing like in the pictures, fireplace was busted, no hammock The furniture has dents, stuff marks and cigarettes burns. The property was poorly cleaned with dust on vents and shower heads caked in mold The fridge had left over food and drinks from the last group and the ice machine did not work. No instructions left to figure out how to turn on/off the pool heater Armen over the phone was rude and not willing to work with us at all when we brought these concerns to him. To this day, he has not reached out to us to address any of these issues or compensate us in any shape or form. If you want proof of this disaster of a rental, message me, I have pictures.

Overall great house
My guests and I overall had a great weekend at this house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There wasn’t clear instructions on how to turn on the spa and pool heater so we had to keep messaging Armen for help (pool never heated correctly) we also wished all of the games in the game room were working properly . Other than that the beds were sooooo comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and safe, location was convenient to downtown . And Armen is quick to respond and extremely nice.

Gorgeous house beautiful!!!!
I don't know where to start from the day we rented the house from homeaway Armen (the owner)was very welcoming and helpful till the day we got there everything was ready for us to feel like home and we did the pictures are just not enough for u to know how beautiful he managed to design the house the back yard was breathtaking clean and beautiful pool was so very clean . He was keep checking on us to see if we need anything and we were amazed. Thank you Armen and we will definitely come back
