"Positive: spacious room, kitchen, modern bathroom, all clean. Quiet and safe. Perfect location. Overall a positive impression, but there is big area for improvement: there kitchen was absolutely empty: no kettle, tea or coffee, nothing. You have to bring everything with you. Linen felt cheap and not comfortable. Breakfast was really poor: only boiled eggs, bagels, milk and flakes."

"This is a perfect property for groups/families. It is very spacious allowing everyone plenty of personal space, yet there is enough space to have quality time with each other. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to be able to have game time, or just enjoy the conversations and scenery. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you cozy. There were even additional blankets and such on the couches and in the closets. If you sleep with a fan, like me, there is even a fan in one of the closets. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/pots and pans/utensils you would need. There is even a supply of additional trash bags, dish pods, and laundry detergent to help keep the supplied pool towels and beach towels cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised that there were even some spices to use while cooking. The refrigerator has an ice maker and an automatic water filling pitcher. The golf cart was great for commuting to the beach or gas station (nearby)! In the garage there were even beach chairs, wagons, and beach toys to use. No need to overpack when heading to this little piece of paradise. The driveway fit 3 large vehicles. Anymore and you will not be able to get the golf cart in and out of the garage. Everything was well maintained. We even met the pool guy one day. Highly Recommended!! "
