Nice place, good location. My only complaint is not having any necessities provided such as coffee grounds/filters, laundry soap or dryer sheets, and basic seasonings like salt/pepper. I did purchase all of those items but it seemed wasteful. I donated dryer sheets and a beach umbrella to the place for future use. Other than that small inconvenience, I loved the place.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was as expected and worked well for our family. The location was also a perfect distance to beaches and grocery stores as we did have to make a few trips. The kids loved the pool, especially the heated pool and hot tub as the weather was a little chilly. Great experience and would recommend.

Excellent stay

We loved this property. It was very clean. The small bonus room with bunk bed was great for the children. Included was a bunch of small necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs). The pool was very nice. We drove down to Henderson state park (6$ per car per day) and it was very nice and clean. Only a couple miles away. Location was very close to wal mart, the track, urban air, Fudpucker’s, etc. about a 10-15 min drive to the Boardwalk.

Great location

Great location! Room was as advertised. The cons I have is the walk in shower had mold in the grout. The tub was noy draining properly. So I emailed the management and I didn't hear anything back. When we came back to the room it was fixed. We weren't told that anyone was coming. eas

Amazing

Would definitely book again. No issues with anything and check in/out was super simple. The furnishing and view were beautiful. The first day we didn’t leave the property. The bar and pool were amazing.

Memorial Day weekend stay

Very clean. Nice pool, great food and bar. Surprised that elevators were fast and never really crowded. Overall very pleased.

Spring Break

This place was a great location for our family spring break. Short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice (although cold) My only complaint would be the amount of children in the hot tub so adults couldn't enjoy it. The condo was clean and close to a lot of great places.

Disappointing

My husband and i took our 4 children to Destin for the first time and chose to stay at this particular location specifically because of the pool being that our children love to be in the pool. We checked in, which wasn't terrible then got to the room, which was pretty nice with the exception of a broken electric recliner (tape all over cords) and some minor upkeep issues. After we unpacked, the kids were begging to go to the pool so of course we got ready and headed down. When we got to the gate, we entered the code and nothing! Tried a couple more times with the same result before seeing another guest who informed us that the pool was closed and had been all day long....no one said anything at all during check-in and there were no signs posted anywhere. We went to the front desk to see when it would reopen and they said they had no idea but they were hoping later on in the day. It opened later on in the evening around 7:30 or so, however, the following morning, it was closed again due to a pump issue....again, no signs posted. I reached out to the property manager but by the time they responded hours later, the pool had reopened. The following 2 days, it was a terrible downpour which they have no control over but being the middle of the summer, they should not be having pool pump issues that requires the pool to be closed for days at a time which just so happened to be the 2 days with the best weather. We were so disappointed, we left a whole day earlier than planned.

Great family vacation spot

Room/condo was cute, renovated and perfect for a big blended family of 7. Lots to do in the area. We were able to cook in for a few meals to save money. Then eat out and enjoy the culture of Destine for the rest. Beach was close. We enjoyed going later in the day when the heat of the sun was dissipating. Pool was perfect for our children’s age ranges of 8-16. Often times the youngest would stay to swim with one adult while the older kids would enjoy some of the sites and adventures. Wonderful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for a family getaway!

Very accommodating! The lagoon pool is awesome. The only downside is that it is not on the beach. It is just over the highway.

Relaxing

The property was exactly what we wanted, we chose to enjoy Destin poolside rather than beach side so the property not being directly on the beach was no issue. The kitchen had many amenities that suited our need for cooking at home.

July 4th weekend

The property was clean and well maintained. It was easily accessible . The view from the west tower was great. The room was clean and nicely arranged. And the pool was set up nicely for young children. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Spring Break

My husband and I brought our 11 year old son and his friend down to Destin from central Illinois for their school spring break. We love visiting Destin. This condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Our only complaint was that the bathtub in the master bedroom filled up with water during a shower. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful and clean condo

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy. It also had a nice new washer and dryer that I wasn't expecting so I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend 21114. We went over spring break so the resort was very busy. Our tower also took a beating as there was cracked tiles outside the elevator and missing numbers inside the elevator that weren't there when we checked in. The parking structure and elevators had a lot of congestion and were a little inconvenient at times. The large lagoon pool was very cold and the small heated pool and hot tubs were very crowded. The splash pad and kid pool weren't working or turned on, which was a bummer as I have little kids. Another complaint is that non of the main entry doors were automatic or had handicap openers, which is hard to open while pushing a cart or stroller.
