Great getaway

Even a stay during spring break week was enjoyable. Beach is clean. Pools areas are nice. The cafe and tiki bar are a great addition to the relaxation of vacation. Condo beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. The location of the resort is perfect to get to all the local hot spots and restaurants. When we decided to add an extra day at the end of our stay, the hosts were quick to respond and get us all set to enjoy one more day of sunshine.

Beautiful Property with Many Amenities

This condo was just like the pics that we’re shown Our family really enjoyed the stay The beach sand is like sugar Beds were clean and comfortable Kitchen had everything I need to prepare meals And the washer : dryer in our condo was a real plus. Our host was great. Communication was awesome and we were completely satisfied with our stay. The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived, and everything about the place was exactly as described. We loved the view of the beach and the easy access to it. If you book this property you can rest easy that you will love it.

Excellent hosts, condo was the same as the pictures online (wonderful), view from balcony was awesome, fantastic large balcony (sturdy, practical outdoor furniture), decor was beach themed, bright, cheery, cozy). Condo was clean and well maintained. Exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do :)

Pelican paradise

We loved staying at the Pelican Beach Resort. Great location; great beach; wonderful staff; nice pools and lots of warm weather. We’d go back there in a minute. No problems or down side. The beach umbrella policy is a bit crazy but we managed.

Great stay!

My husband and I went to Destin for a few kid free days, and we had the best time! The condo was clean. The balcony was great; pretty much the only space we hung out while upstairs! We did have to do some waiting on the elevators, but nothing crazy considering how busy the building was. 5/5; we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin!

Felt like home

My husband, our 2 yr old daughter and I stayed for 5 days. We felt like home. It was clean easy access to pools and beach. Had everything we needed for cooking our home cooked meals. It was kid friendly didn't have to do anything to prevent my daughter from getting hurt. She loved her stay as well.

Pelican Beach Gem

Our family came down to Destin for a relative's wedding. Our condo was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view of the beach and surrounding area from our balcony, which we enjoyed daily. The few questions we had were addressed promptly from the owners, which was certainly appreciated. The property offers many ammenities, which made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Beautiful Condo

Condo could not have been any more perfect. The views are amazing, the furniture is comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. One elevator was down during our stay, but it wasn’t that bad - even for the 19th floor! The only reason I might not book again is the beach set up, but that is strictly a resort issue. It’s much too small for the amount of guests so it feels very crowded, which kills the beautiful view!

Pelican beach

What an amazing week. We stayed at pelican beach for our honeymoon and we’re very happy with the stay. The managers gave awesome recommendations and tips! They were also very responsive with any questions we had!!! The view was amazing!! Kitchen had everything we needed for what we cooked for ourselves. The bed was comfortable. Showers had decent water pressure. Right next to the main elevator. We were able to park in covered parking every night-not too busy.
