Great gone- very big and clean. The private neighborhood is a nice feature- beach was clean and walkable. The location was no further than 20 mins away from most things. The rooftop deck is away especially at night once it’s cooled down.

great property with lots of space for large parties. Perfect location with a short walk to the water. Would stay here again, highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the house. The size of the house made it very comfortable for my family.We had a few issues which we reported. A big plus is the golf cart!

Great house - perfect location

We’ve done multiple different spots over the years in Destin but this location was the best so far. Private neighborhood and beach were well maintained and getting to the actual private beach from house is 2 minutes via walking at most. House was clean and the layout worked well for a large family of 8.

Beach palace

For a group who travels around America, this is by far one of the best houses we have stayed at yet. Location is in a gated neighborhood right on the beach with friendly neighbors. Beach is quiet and relaxing. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of room. The roof top was a great feature and nice when the sun was out. Location of the house is 10 min away from any restaurant you want to go to

more than expected

Got to town early, was able to check in early, comfortably slept 6 adults and 7 kids, golf cart made store trips so easy, literally just over a short block to ocean, beach is full of cool wild life, kids will remember this forever, will definitely come back to this same gated community

Great property and location

Our group had a great stay at this property! The location was excellent and the house itself was beautiful and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the private beach access.A few things could be improved for future guests. While the kitchen was large, we found the cookware to be a bit lacking for a house designed to accommodate so many people. Also, the ice maker in the garage was leaking, though it wasn't a major issue for us.The biggest point of concern was the beach access bracelets. We checked in with a party of 17, but were only provided 14 bracelets for the private beach. We brought this to the attention of the management twice, but it was never resolved. Thankfully, we were only asked to show the bracelets once and the beach staff were understanding. However, this could have been a much bigger problem.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but hope the management addresses these minor issues, especially the bracelet situation, for future guests.

Location location location

This house's location is spectacular. You are about 5 min walk to amazing (private beach). 15 min to public access beach. 3 min walk to the community pool. a few houses down from private gated entrance (security guard there). We loved the huge bedrooms all having own bathroom, beds were so comfortable! We loved the pretty well stocked kitchen, even though kitchen is a little small for us (16 people). We couldn't all sit down to eat together but we made it work (adults at dinner table, kids at buffet). Some of the pots nonstick is peeling off and eggs were sticking so we had to buy 2 pans since we were there all week. The bunk beds and queen beds on bottom floor were perfect, all the kids were downstairs. The views were incredible, our masters had sliding doors with balconys to enjoy views. We got to watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck on the 4th. very cool! The only things that made this stay less than perfect.Rules... there are A LOT of rules.. and I have no issue following rules but they are really strict about certain times putting out the trash and bringing it in, and if you make too much noise and the cops come you have a fine, and if you lose a plastic wristband its a fine. It just seemed we would be fined for a lot and it honestly just didnt feel very welcoming. My own fault for not knowing rules for private beach (no tents/canopys). rentals are $35 a day for 2 ppl which was pricy for us. We used the public beach during day & private for sunsets.

Great Trip, Good Home
