Bachelorette Party!

We had a great time staying here for a bachelorette party! Plenty of space, incredibly close to the beach, great pool, etc.

Great location, poor cleaning

The location is awesome and the space is great. The cleanliness is less than would be desired. For such a costly cleaning fee, we expected much more. When I let them know, they just expressed how sorry they were and nothing more.

Needs maintenance

Great location, nice pool area but the property is in need of maintenance. Too many issues to list, but the biggest ones were a major shower leak, broken sleeper sofa, loose balcony boards, stained furniture. There is also a moisture issue on the third floor. There was a dehumidifier provided and it was filled to capacity every day. The property was also extremely dirty upon arrival. They did respond quickly when we reported issues but we still had to deal with most of the issues for the entire week. I hope the owner reads this and can get a thorough inspection done. The management company has obviously not been keeping up. Also the public beach access is extremely small and if you do not setup by 6am, you may not have a spot. You are close to a state park as a second option, which was beautiful and uncrowded. . Finally, the listing states there is parking for four vehicles but it could easily fit five. If the maintenance were brought up to speed, this would be a great little house.

We loved the house and location. The beach is so close and the outside amenities made it easy to transition from the pool to beach. The extra house in the back was nice with teenagers. Having a golf was so nice and we loved being close to Camille’s for coffee and food!

The location is great but the beach access is very limited. The property manager responded to a problem very quickly. With a little bit of attention to detail and some TLC this would have been a 5 star

A Wonderful Experience

Close proximity to beach (walking distance) and restaurants. Nice pool area and good layout of the home. We had several generations and the house met our needs. Great location steps from the beach

Pros - The size of the accommodations, pool availability, steps from the beach, and great food options just steps way. The management company was so great about communication and helping out when needed. Cons - Beach space available is limited due to private beach held by adjacent condos, pool is fenced but the area the pool is open in case you have small children.

The Beach Reunion Blue Coconut house was super clean when we arrived, which was a great first impression. The property even came with two propane tanks ready for the grill, which made cooking outside really easy.Communication with the company was smooth the whole time. During the day they were quick and helpful, and even when we had a little emergency, they responded right away. We also had a pet with us during our stay, and they made it very easy to accommodate. Anytime something came up, they were easy to reach. For example, we had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi (the password we had on paper wasn’t valid), and they helped us sort it out. We also needed a little extra trash space, and they brought us another bin without any problem.The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The location was amazing—so convenient if you’re planning to go back and forth to the beach a lot.A couple of small suggestions: it would be really helpful to have an emergency key for the bathroom doors (we accidentally locked one and couldn’t get it open). The pool was the perfect size once cleaned, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver after a day at the beach. Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Great family stay

The golf cart was very helpful getting all the stuff to the beach. It was a great trip. The only draw back is that there is not a lot of space on the beach for house renters. It is all taken up by private chair set up. If you went really early, 7 am, to set up, you could get a good spot. If you waited any later people were on top of one another. Might not come back to this location bc of that. We had an excellent pool, and the pool guy was great!

Crowded beach

Coffee maker and washer didn’t work. Had to be replaced on second day. Beach access needs to be expanded. Beachfront properties claim majority of beach and were sparsely occupied while we were jammed into about a 60-ft wide area.
