Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 8th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; new carpet April 2023
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We had a great time, the place was better than the pictures. The corner spot was nice having the light from the side and I love how the deck is furnished. We had plenty of space to all spent most of our time out there. This was not our first stay at Breakers East so we knew we would love the place in general. Something worth mentioning, they have some beach toys you can borrow so you don't need to buy/bring your own. The owner was very responsive and we had no concerns. Already booked again for next year!

Heavenly Balcony

We stayed over Spring Break week and were greeted with one of the best vistas on the beach when we arrived. The unit is every but as impressive in person as it is online; perhaps even moreso. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were of the quality that one expects for such a price.Our local contact was very responsive and helpful in correcting a mistake I made in the smart TV, and we were made to feel more like friends than temporary tenants. We will look to rent this same unit when we visit again. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Family Vacation

This property is amazing for those who have young children and those visiting as adults as well because it is close to everything, water access is super easy and it is in a small enough setting to feel very comfortable and almost like everytime there is family. The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was.

This condo was absolutely amazing and had the best view. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! Also, the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you Carolyn!

Fantastic location and view!

We loved the condo and the amazing views from the balcony, we even saw a sting ray and several dolphins. Everything was very clean and smelled great. There was new carpet in the bedrooms that was very nice and plush. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had nice bedding. Plenty of hangers in the walk in closet. Check in was a breeze as we had all the codes ahead of time, beach acces is only a few steps out of the back of the condo and the beach service was wonderful! Make sure and go down the first day to provide your information to the little shack that does the service. They will set it up for you daily, its not as busy as other parts of the beach. We were about 12 minutes from the Back Porch which had a great happy hour that starts at 3pm. We really appreciated the cooler and beach towels which we requested. These normally do not come with the condo as they seem to go missing per our host. There are carts at the entrance which are handy for getting your groceries up to the condo. There was a little construction but it was on an elevator and didn't last long. One thing to note, there is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and there are no condiments so we had to purchase salt/pepper and additional TP. Overall its the perfect place to stay and we will be back!
