Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very lovely. the patio furniture very nice.kitchen well equipped. upper cabinet space for renters to place canned items would be nice. some items need to be decluttered. A king sized bed would be perfect.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called the front desk to let them know the tub was not draining good and the refrigerator was not getting cold. I NEVER received a phone call from maintenance. I used a plunger several times to help the drainage on tub and turned the temperature down on refrigerator and hoped it would start to cool. down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were first to use the condo after the lockdown and found it to be very clean. I do have concerns that if we were checking in on an ongoing Saturday afternoon the condo couldn’t be adequately cleaned in a short period of time with many other untts being turned over that day. For the next year, condos who obsess over cleanliness will dominate the market. The toilet in master bath was leaking and main kitchen lightbulbs had to be replaces. After arrival.
