Additionally, any day can be called a beach day, as two brilliant beaches are within walking distance. The closest is three minutes (O'Steen Beach). Harbor Walk is only minutes away via local water taxi (seasonal). The condo is also a five-minute drive to Target and Walgreens for all your personal needs.

Enjoy unwinding on the living room's comfortable sofa inside your home away from home as you tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The bedrooms are equally inviting, with perks like high-quality linens, private TVs, Pack-N-Play for your toddler, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and balcony round out the condo's amenities!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
