We stayed in this house with 4 other families and it was great! We all had our own space and plenty of common areas to hang out in. The pool was a good size for 11 kids to play in. We will be back!

Everything was perfect for our stay.. Lots of rooms and in a great location. Steps from the beach. Loved the large pool and ping pong table outside. Check in was so easy and we enjoyed everything. Thanks so much. We even got to send a video to the owner, Mr Gurley. The pool guy was exceptional and was so nice.

Great Location w/ Plenty of Space

I recently rented this house for a 15-person bachelorette party and it was honestly an amazing space. Great location and outdoor area, only steps from the beach. My ONLY complaint (which I didn't want to reflect in the rating) is that I've never dealt with a rental property that is so strict with early check ins. When they say no early check in is allowed, there is absolutely zero exceptions, even if there is no one staying at the house the night prior. Maybe I was wrong to assume they could potentially accommodate even an hour early, but please do not book this house if you have guests coming in who want a place to stay before 4:00 pm.

Perfect place to say for multiple families with different age kids. I liked the high pool gate and the proximity of the to the beach was amazing. Also having the beach chair, set up, included, made a huge difference.

This was our second time staying at this property. Amazing location, just steps from the beach. The kids loved the large pool, and everyone had fun with the cornhole and Connect 4 outdoor games. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the inside was well equipped too. Great communication from the property management company that provided for a seamless check-in and carefree stay. Our only constructive feedback is the beds were a bit plush for our liking.

This property was great and worked well for my family (5) and my sis-in-laws family (6). The location is great, with access to the private beach just a 2 min walk away. The pool was perfect for the kids and the kitchen amply stocked. Would stay here again!

Crystal Vista was laid out perfectly for our large family. It really is just a short walk to the beach! That outdoor entertainment area but the ping-pong table and large dining table was perfect for all of us gather together .

The house was perfect for all 9 of us. I didn’t realize 3 umbrellas & 6 chairs were included at the barracuda beach entrance. I would add that to the listing . I think it said 2 chairs were included. I booked chairs & umbrellas with La Dolce Vita at Crystal Beach entrance bc we rented a golf cart to get to & from. I was able to cancel those chairs & umbrella’s & get a refund. We were so close to the beach we did not really need the golf cart. It it was fun to have.

The property worked well for 14 adults and two youngsters. Plenty of room for all. The sleeper sofas are not very comfortable but were adequate. It was a good location and everyone enjoyed the beach.

This was our second time staying in this area and we were thrilled to discover how easily accessible the beach was from this house. We had 8 adults and 12 kids (ages 6mo-9yo) and while we rented a golf cart, it was definitely not necessary to access the beach. The house was clean and exactly as advertised - several large walk-in closets that worked well for pack n plays. The floor plan would actually be perfect for a slightly older group of kids because the downstairs living area made a great hangout space, ours just weren't quite old enough to all be on another floor unsupervised.

Wonderful Home...great location

Our large family/friends stayed in Crystal Vista for a week. We loved the location, the decor is beautiful and the beach access was great! Our favorite part was the amazing patio area beside the pool. We spent every evening sitting there, playing cards, talking and laughing together as some of kids splashed in the pool or played table tennis. Most of the beds were comfortable. Having a living area on each floor was also a bonus! The only drawback is the tight parking and lack of mirrors in the house. I know the mirror thing sounds silly, but when you have that many people getting ready for dinner or evening activities, mirrors in the bedrooms would be VERY helpful!!!!!!!! Check-in was easy! Communication was good. The neighborhood was great!!!!! We loved our week in Crystal Vista!!!!!!
