It was a great stay! No beach views but the walk to the beach was short and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Hoping to go again one day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The two beach options were perfect. We were able to escape to the snorkeling beach when the gulf side was too rough for the young kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Little piece of paradise

It was a great place to stay with little ones and loved the in suites that made it easy to get 8 of us ready and we loved the safety features on the pool door with the screened in porch too!!!

Amazing house!

We had such a great experience here! Amazing communication with the hosts, very accommodating. It’s the perfect location for a short drive to dining, beach, etc. couldn’t have had a better time!!

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and had everything we could need. The location is good as a home base to explore other areas of Destin and the short walk to the beach on the south side of the property is a nice plus.

Great house!

First of all, this house was CLEAN! The house is gorgeous, kitchen fully stocked, great furniture and fixtures. Location is very near many activities for families and shopping. Will definitely try to stay at this house again in the future.

This place has it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Waverly Circle. The close proximity to the beach was my favorite part while my son and his friends enjoyed the pool. Also loved the balcony for morning tea time. It was clean and spacious. Thank you for accommodating us in the last minute pool heating!

Great Stay

The property is as beautiful and clean as the pics. The management team was friendly and promptly provided assistance. If I could suggest anything it would be to provide instructions on working the entertainment system. But overall, great place for large family

Perfection

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The house was perfect. The private pool was just the right size, not too big and not too small. The proximity to the beach was ideal. The beach felt like a private beach at times. Not crowded at all. It was gorgeous. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was ample space for our party of 10. The Destin Pointe community was so quiet and peaceful. We will absolutely be back.

Great rental close to beach!

House was very clean and pictures represent well what property looks like. We had 8 people and plenty of space. Our teens loved the pool and used it more than we thought they would! Beach was a fairly close walk and very nice. Rental came with daily set up of beach chairs and umbrella. It also had extra beach chairs, a wagon, and umbrella. House had a lot of board games available and a small ping pong table. We had a few issues (stove not working for example) but the issues were very quickly fixed. There was a bike rental place just half a block down which was nice. The only negative I would say is that there really wasn’t anything super close as far as restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc - within walking distance. Also the basement bedroom (with bunks) has to go through another bedroom to use a bathroom. We would stay here again. Very nice property!

Great Family Time

This was a great home for family time. Everyone fit comfortably! We were able to cook together, eat together, play games together, and relax! The kitchen was a wonderful space! It had every tool one could need to cook a great meal. The home had wonderful touches! From the beautiful floors to the accents on the beds- what a beautiful space. There was plenty of everything! The pool was also great! When the heater had a problem it was addressed immediately and fixed! The amenities were fun too! Highly recommend the tennis courts for pickle ball! Please note that there is no one manning the bike shack so bike rentals must be done through a private company. The beach is a short easy walk away. A great place to watch the sunsets everyday. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation

The home was absolutely beautiful! We were 2 families, 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dinning area, 1/2 bath and living room are located on the top floor with balconies on each end of the home. The back balcony over looks the small private pool and pond which was lovely. Bedrooms and en suites are located on the first floor. My husband and I stayed in the master suite which was incredible, also with a balcony over looking the pool and pond.The other bedrooms were quite small but nicely appointed.The garage has been converted into an extra living room and there is a small bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. The two younger teen boys stayed down there which they loved but there is no bathroom down there so they had to use the en suite bathrooms. There are also not outlets in the bunk room in the basement. There are a lot of stairs here, we were totally fine with it but know that if you have someone who is elderly or unstable it could be an issue. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware, silverware and pots and pans but we did find it odd that there wasn't an ample supply of trash bags, paper towels, foil and/or plastic wrap and there was no "house" salt and pepper. We did end having to buy all of these things. The neighborhood and beach were amazing, roughly a 7 minute walk to the beach and the community pools were gorgeous as well. Worth paying the daily fee to heat the private pool in December.

Great vacation!

Beautiful house in the best location in Destin. The house had everything you needed for a great vacation. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach. You can’t miss sunsets on the beach by the jetty’s! This house was loved by my kids due to the bunk room and heated pool!

Very nice place and a great value! The private neighborhood was secure and an amazing location to the two different beach access points and pools. House was full of amenities and most things you’d need for a week’s stay both inside the house (kitchen, laundry, etc) as well as for the pool and beach use. We would definitely stay here and with this property management group again!

Perfect Location and Vacation House!!

Girl's trip 2023 was a total success. House was perfect size for dining, playing games and plenty of room to sleep our group. Very short walk to the pool and beach which was gorgeous! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. We did eat out once at Bochamps and it was terrific. Check in was super easy and iTrip Destin the management company was so easy to work with. They answered all the questions we had prior to coming. The decor was fantastic and had a great time. Many of us travel alot and found this house very very clean which we loved! 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend - will be back.

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay and would do so again. The property was very clean and nice. The only disappointment was that the master bedroom balcony doors were previously broken due to a prior storm. Two different people came to measure for new doors at different times. Also someone came to measure cabinet for the microwave another day. My husband & I stayed at the house one morning waiting for the repairmen to show up and measure. We were never informed about this prior to renting. However, we did enjoy our stay & the beach house is beautiful.

Good time !!!

We had a good family vacation, the house is well maintained and fully equipped … the entertainment area is in the 3rd floor , so be prepared to carry all your groceries 3 floors up. The only downsides were the converted area in the garage , it IS a good space to house kids and teens , it has its own fridge and TV + sofa , ping pong table and bunk beds … it is only MISSING a bathroom !!! Anyone sleeping there has to use the bathrooms in the 2nd floor which are en-suite bathrooms, so at any time you will have them coming in and out to use the bathroom / shower (Please include this info in the house description)… the other downside was the parking space , the driveway did not fit two vehicles and we had to park by the tennis court parking lot… Besides that we had a nice time… administration / maintenance were really helpful (Sarah and Holly ), not that we had any issues with the house , just a flickering bulb and a lost package.
