This was our first time to Destin and it was absolutely the best trip ever. The town house was beautiful, clean and right across the street fro the beach and the Crap Trap.

I hate to leave a great review because others will find this hidden gym. The location and views of the listing were perfect and perfect size for our family of 4. Ease of walk to the beach and pool and conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Clean & beautiful condo; convenient & gorgeous location. Advertised as a condo to sleep 4. Bedroom bed was great but sofa bed was lousy and did not come with pillows nor a comforter. Called management and they came an hour later with additional supplies. Two nice bathrooms and great kitchen. Pool was warm. Loved the front and back patios!

Unrelaxing Vacation

This property 2B had a bad case of mold and mildew smell. We bought lysol which didn't help, also had room cleaned again which corrected other issues but the smell just punched you in the face. This downstairs unit was horrible with no privacy. Our bedroom was connected to entry way for upstairs renters. We could hear their conversations like they were in our unit. My wedding bouquet was ruined due to fridge leak. This wedding/honeymoon was the worst. I think this place needs to reinsulated and something is clearly wrong with fridge.

Ocean Reef is a huge disappointment

Two days before our arrival Ocean Reef called and said that the unit we had reserved wasnt available anymore in Destin but they had other properties in Miramar Beach. I said fine as long as it was ground floor with a gulf view with no streets between me and the ocean. She said that we were good to go. We get there and it is on the 2nd floor with a bay view. Totally lied to me.

I had the best time because the places around walking distance from everything and it's beautiful homes around the location and walking distance across the street from the beach. I definitely love the lake view I would stay again. The place is great.

Absolutely wonderful location!! Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the lake behind us ! Comfy bed too. Unit could use some updating and deep cleaning but I’m sure it’s been a busy rental this year. Thank you for a great experience !

Major Parking Issue

The condo was nice but the parking situation was awful. We drive around for so long over and over looking for parking. And always had to park so far away and with 3 little kids this was a nightmare! So hard to get stuff in and out of the condo when you park a mile away in a deck not connected to the building!

Best location in Destin!

My husband, 3 month old and I stayed for a month in this condo. It looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and well kept. You cannot beat the location. It’s located across the street from a beautiful public beach and has a large biking/walking path right in front of it that goes for miles in either direction. It’s nestled in between gated communities and feels very very safe. We were in between renting this condo and one in downtown Destin and are SO happy we chose this location. Highly recommend renting this condo, it was a hidden gem.
