Welcome to Dolphin Point 303A.

If you are looking to experience and affordable Destin vacation on a budget look no further than Dolphin Point 303A. Located by the beautiful Destin Harbor you are only a short walk away from looking for dolphins or herons.

This spacious 2-bedroom 2 bathroom can sleep 6 comfortably. The large kitchen is equipped with all full-sized appliances and cookware so you don’t have to pack anything from home. The dining area has enough seating for the whole family.

The living room has two large and comfortable sofas for seating. You can enjoy the large flat screen TV or the view.

The guest bedroom has two Queen sized beds, so nobody is forced to sleep on the couch or twin beds. There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom. The guest bathroom is just steps away and features a shower.

The spacious Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and flat screen TV. The adjoining Master bathroom has a shower.

The 3rd floor balcony overlooks the complex tennis courts and distant view of the Harbor. There is a complex pool on-site as well as coin laundry by the elevators.

It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach from Dolphin Point.

We were there for a golf and beach weekend. This condo was conveniently located to both. The rooms are nice and the clean. I enjoyed the view of the canal and bay off the back.

This is a nice and convenient place to stay when visiting Destin. I have stayed for years on Holiday Isle and love it. The views are great and it’s very quiet. The condo was clean and plenty of towels for our stay. A few things that disappointed me were there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. That is a given for a condo, as we do not know prior to getting there what filters it takes. There was 1 extra garbage bag also. That is also something that should be in the condo already. The master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the condo for some reason. Besides these few things not being available, it is a good place to stay and convenient to restaurants. We did not use the beach access but it was a good walk from the condo.

We had a great week here. Quiet area with a pool, easy sidewalk stroll to the beach, balcony with views of the water, easy parking, and complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and push cart which was a nice extra. Great kitchen with fully stocked cabinets of dishes and cookware. We love the ease of access in Destin with the stoplight at the Holiday Isle turn-off and restaurants, gas station, and grocery store nearby without having to deal with 98 traffic. Only suggestion would be to replace the King mattress. Great vacation!
