Perfection.

bedrooms are roomy and all have full bathrooms making it so easy for everyone to have privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The top deck was great in the evenings to get in the pool. Easy access to the beach. The two sets of washer and dryers came in very handy.

Immaculate Home, very nice neighborhood

This house was a perfect fit for our family. Beautiful decor and new appliances, beach access was fantastic and the neighborhood is safe and private. Property manager was very responsive, a small problem with the hvac and it was fixed the same day. The area of Destin offered great beaches but extremely heavy tourism that clogs the area and a bit lower quality food and experiences so it could feel a bit isolating on rainy days. Only small criticism is for the checkout procedure asks a lot of the renters - this level of home and price could come with a bit more of a hospitality level experience - the check out asks that we basically do a lot of the turnover for the next guests by running the dishes and taking all garbage out and removing all food etc… We certainly wouldn’t leave a huge mess but we also would prefer to pack our things and leave and a cleaning crew does the major turnover. That aside it gets an A and highly recommend!

Just Perfect

We take a family beach trip each summer and this year's trip couldn't have been better. The property was lovely and well appointed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. On the first day, our chairs were not set out but 10 minutes after I sent a text to the property managers the chairs were there, with our name on them. The neighborhood is gated and easy to find. We were close to shopping, groceries like Whole Foods and Fresh Market and great restaurants. The property appeared to be recently renovated, we had no issues with anything in the house. I will definitely be renting in this area again.

Best vacation!

The property was everything it said it was. The old saying you get what you pay for. Its true! Rooftop pool was the highlight!(If you have children I would recommend that you put some towels down so no one slips on the hard steps or floors after a dip in the pool)

Great Gulf Views

Our party of nine and even our dog Chico loved this home! The view of the Gulf while lying in the pool was the highlight of my stay; best views i'v seen! The sundeck and jaw dropping views left us speechless! The home was extremely comfortable and we didn't have to call the management company once, even though they were VERY helpful. Very content with everything and overall a very pleasurable vacation!
