We had an amazing trip! The condo was so cute inside. Several pools to use and one is heated. The place was quiet and the most friendly people there. Short trip to the beach and is located in the center of everything which is walking distance I will definitely recommend and will be back soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was very quiet. The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the unit felt very spacious. It was nice to have the balcony to sit out enjoy.

My stay at Gulf Terrace was great. Clean, comfortable beds, close to everything. It was too cold for me to try the pool and I didn't have time to walk to the beach but the condo itself was very nice. Neighbors were quiet and walls were thick. Only thing i didn't like was that the door is security code only. No deadbolt or secondary locking mechanism. It felt safe enough but i would have preffered another lock.

Making our reservations to stay at Gulf Terrace was seamless. Our Hosts were very thorough with all we needed to know about our stay. Upon arrival to our condo, I was pleased with how very nice and clean our condo was. Lots of room also. Th kitchen was very well stocked with any and everything we would need. Plenty of towels in the bathroom too. The beds were very comfortable!!! The beach area they offer was small so we drove to Henderson Beach State Park Beach area. For a small price to park, it was worth it to enjoy the not crowded beach area. When I had a question, our hosts were very quick to reply. You can't go wrong staying at Gulf Terrace.

Great room close to pool rooms very clean. The room had all the amenities needed for our 6 day stay. Close to beach but the beach close to condo was crowed and dirty went or Henderson park much better. Over all great experience

That good for family vacation . But if you have kids that not really for them you have to drive to beach , but one thing if they can improve is need more dumpsters for trash they have only one at the end of this condo and you have to go there if you want put that away , overall that a great place and nice host .

Amazing!!!

Everything was nice and clean and organized as far as the inside the condo. It was a bit confusing when first arriving because the numbering of condos were a bit strange as far as the order they were in. I feel like the numbers of the buildings should be placed in both front and back of the building cause it would have made things much easier to find. But overall the experience was great. Location is amazing because you are literally near everything there is to do. I’ll definitely be back😊

This property needs updating. The pool areas are run down and a lot of the condo buildings need work. For Destin to be a beautiful beach town, this place is an eye sore. The unit itself was nice upon entry but as we tried to unpack it was becoming clear the place had not been cleaned or maintained. Dirty dishes and cabinets, broken drawers, broken window shades, broken towel racks, hair (not ours), wood rot on patio, dusty surfaces and the list goes on.
