I absolutely loved staying here. Most amazing view of the beach!!! It was extremely clean and spacious. Most favorite was how close we were to the beach. I will definitely be booking here again!!!

Pros: Great View & Location. Clean. Just renovated. Comfortable bed. Cons: Was renovated for a Handicap person. Only one love seat to sit in. Was not what was pictured before we booked. Several switches (electrical) didn't work. Not a problem but we couldn't turn on the lights without also having fan run. Couldn't stop the fan without turning off lights. Owner needs to make sure renters know about the renovations!!! Only two of us, so this was ok but if one other person is there, no where to sit and watch TV. Overall very nice condo and location. Just needs more correct information.

Another fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! The condo was everything we wanted for a beach trip and you can’t beat the walk out beach access! Close to all Destin has to offer with the benefits of a private beach and beach service. The large, newly renovated shower was perfect to get cleaned up after a long day in the sun. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location!!! Nice house. Exactly as described. The only con is there is no cabinet storage in the full bathroom so you have to get your towels from the half bath in the master bedroom in the back before taking a shower but really it was no big deal, however, there is some space under the sink to add a shelf or two for towels All that said, it was a great place to stay directly on the beach without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Pros:The best part about this place is definitely the location— just steps away from the beach was a huge plus!Cons:The space was much smaller than it appears in the photos.It had a weird old smell to the condo. There’s NO closet space for additional guests, which made it difficult when you have 2 teenage girls! The only closet was a very small closet in the master bedroom, which was very crowded being the washer and dryer was there. Only one person at a time could be in there at a time. The master bedroom is located right next to the exterior walkway and pool, so you can hear everything outside. At night, the exterior light shines directly into the room, making it difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would make a big difference.The main hall bathroom has no storage at all—there aren’t even hooks to hang towels or clothes.The kitchen table is oversized for the space, which makes it hard to open the refrigerator fully. We had to shift the table slightly, but couldn't move it too much without blocking the walkway to the living room.Side note:The property management team was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything—much appreciated! Thank you for that!
