Bursting with happy energy, the two en-suite bedrooms (playfully named Crab Island and Two Shell Retreat) of 504 feature comfortable bedding, custom curtains and brilliantly colorful art in tropical themes. Yes, every inch of this 5th story condo exudes joy- from the coral reef end tables to the aqua walls.

Other than the lively decor, there are additional perks of this rental that will keep you happy as a clam. It’s a convenient place to stay thanks to the fully-stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking and high-speed elevator. Plus, 504’s furnished balcony is private and boasts glass railing which offers unobstructed views of miles and miles of emerald water. Sterling Sands guests also enjoy amenities like a large green lawn with a grilling pavilion, an expansive pool and spa deck as well as a fitness center- all overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

**There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per guest, age 5 and older, to receive access to the property and amenities. This includes wrist bands, gate codes and parking passes. You will need to preregister before your arrival with the weblink we will send you after you have made your reservation.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31. Beach service can be purchased for a fee.
