The resort itself is beautiful and in a great area. This condo is exactly as described and the decor was bright and colorful with everything you need. Couldn't have any better ocean view!

Finally!!

After having to cancel and reschedule our trip due to hurricane Helene, we were so excited to “finally” make it to our destination. The condo was great and very well equipped. The beach was pristine. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there.

Perfect location and view from balcony. Walking distance to Back Porch seafood and bar. Beautifully decorated and anything you could need to cook. Complimentary beach service was great. Best vacation stay. Harbor walk village 10 min drive. Did the dolphin tour and it was amazing. Will definitely book again.

A wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but clever use of mirrors ensures that you never feel it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality linen provided. Our two teens shared the 2nd bedroom that has a twin over a full-size bunkbed. The room isn't very big, but they managed just fine. The master bedroom was lovely. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to make your own meals. The location to the beach and the view is absolutely amazing. The owners graciously provide two chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day (otherwise, you have to rent them daily). The entire property is kept clean and is monitored to ensure that only owners and guests are in the pool area. The location is central to many interesting activities and places to eat. The check-in and check-out process was easy and well communicated. We have only good things to say about this unit and the entire property! Thank you to the family for sharing their home with us.

First stay at Sterling Sands Destin

This was our first time visiting Destin and staying at the Sterling Sands resort was remarkable. The check in process was flawless and very organized. The unit we rented was one of the nicest rooms we ever stayed at. If It was remodeled recently we could tell it was so new and clean. I loved the amenities that was included like the umbrella and chairs. We also had garage parking. Everything was close by shopping and restaurants. We definitely will be returning and will probably want this same exact room.

Quirky condo ❤️

We love the quirky decor of this condo. Great location. Loved the ease of check-in with the text messages. I had thought the bracelets that had to be worn to access the property were going to be aggravating to wear but surprisingly they weren’t. The complimentary chairs and umbrella was so nice!! Even the beach cart for us to use was great! The kitchen had everything you can imagine to cook with. From a crockpot to a kitchen aide. We had a nice parking spot in the garage so our car stayed cool. The only complaint was there was a rowdy group staying the same time we were but the security personnel finally put a stop to them.
