The pool was great. Restaurant on site was convenient and not overpriced. Unit was clean and well stocked. Public beaches were difficult to find but we found a small beach near the resort.

We loved the stay at the condo. It is nicely decorated, clean, and the complex has great amenities. The heated and pool and hot tub were perfect and we even spent time in the massive unheated lagoon pool even though it was chilly. Our family has a great trip and would love to stay here again.

If you have a family of children and teens it’s perfect. The beach is across the street and when you want to relax you can go to the Resort Style Pool and enjoy.

This place was really cute and well stocked. All beds were comfortable as well as the Sofa bed. The view is beautiful and this is a great place especially wife my kids. We will definitely be back.

We loved being in this apartment, it was clean, organized, it had everything I needed. The resort has wonderful pools, it's super close to the main beach of the city in fact it's close to everything (walmart, beaches, restaurants) I thought everything was wonderful, it was our best Family vacation

We stayed here during a baseball tournament and enjoyed the amenities. We were able to walk to the beach on the few days we had extra time to go over. It is a higher level unit, which was nice as the pool stays a bit noisy until it closes. We had to be up early some mornings for baseball games, so there was a night where music went a bit late for us down around the pool, but if weren’t on a schedule we would have been down there enjoying it. The unit was clean and just the right size for our family, 2 adults and 2 boys (age 9 & 11).

The property was clean, safe and enjoyable. The pool area was relaxing and fun for all of us. We loved the tropical atmosphere. The location allowed us easy access to the Gulfarium, the Habor broadwalk, Buccaneers Pirate Ship Cruise, Dolphin Watch Boats, restaurants, shopping and Walmart. It was a great stay. The only thing we didn't like was having to haul luggage, grocery and supplies across the front of the building and so far. There really should be parking on both side of the building.

Check in process what not so organized, but overall the property and condo were great! Great views of the ocean... the lagoon pool and restaurant were under construction which should have been noted.

Real Joy was easy to keep in contact with and fixed issues quickly. We only had one person we talked to hang up on us when we asked a simple question. Other than that it was fabulous and would use them again!
