The living room invites you to unwind with a 58-inch smart TV, two cozy leather recliners, and a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Just updated the TV console and end tables with fun, beachy decor to add to your get-away destination vibe.

The bedroom offers a new king bed with a mattress purchased new in May 2023, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Enjoy entertainment with a 50-inch smart TV and find convenience with a separate pocket door leading to the bathroom. Beautiful view

My husband and I got a much needed get away. The place was perfect for the two of us. A very short walk to the beach and pool. There was a ramp for those with disabilities. We were hoping it would have trash chuts and a place to eat, even if it was a sandwich shop.

Great View and Very Clean

My husband and I loved this place! Very quiet and in a great neighborhood. The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. In the morning the balcony is shaded and great for coffee. The beach service was an awesome bonus and the young man who sets everything up was quick and nice. This is tbe best stay we have had in Destin and will definitely book again.

Perfect Location/Very Nice Unit

This condo building is in a great location on Holiday Isle, on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is also convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The unit itself has a very nice balcony with direct ocean front views. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the dishes, utensils and accessories we needed. The appliances were all updated. The one bedroom was very comfortable. The mattress, pillows and linens were all in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great Last Minute Booking with Beautiful View

Let me start by saying the decor is lovely! Much better than the pictures that were posted at the time of our booking! The living room furniture was very comfortable. The view was beautiful and the free movie rentals are actually new releases that are still on ppv. The complimentary beach chairs & umbrella were great! Ice is available at the check in desk (we appreciate this convenience). Our complaints are 1) the thermostat could go a couple degrees lower. 2) I didn’t realize there wasn’t a washer & dryer in the room so we used the on property laundromat & it was horrible! We dried our laundry 3 times and it was still wet. 3) there’s no vent in the bathroom. 4) last but definitely not least the cot was a nice surprise BUT when we opened it there was a finger nail & a kiddie floss laying on the mattress cover. Overall we were happy with the rental. I try to give fair reviews that cover that good & bad that stood out to us.

Property condition

The unit needs a good cleaning. Other people’s hair in bath and bedroom. Carpeting needs cleaning . I had to clean unit before putting my things away. Couch cushions were too small for the couch so only 2 chairs were able to be used in living room.

Hasn't changed which is great.

We haven't stayed here in around 30 years and it was pleasantly almost no change. They have done a great job keeping the property well maintained. Management was very attentive to our needs!

We loved the view of the ocean. There were several problems with the condo. We had trouble with the lock on the door and the staff had to fix it. The toilet kept running and we reported it but no one ever came to fix it. The condo needs a lot of updating. I wish that we had been told that the condo was far from the elevator. I am handicapped and had trouble with 4 floors of steps. The life guards at the beach were very helpful. The view of the beach and ocean were wonderful.
