Featuring over 2,700 square feet of luxury living space, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath beautifully-appointed tropical oasis sleeps up to 12 guests. Truly an ideal space to entertain family and friends.
Enjoy the emerald beach views from the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quality countertops, and a bar area with 4 bar stools. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional, corner chair, TV, and a wet bar for everyone’s convenience.
Adjacent to the living room is the Master Bedroom with balcony access and en suite bathroom. Also on the first floor, is a guest bedroom and a bathroom.  On the second floor is a spacious second Master Suite overlooking the Gulf plus a reading nook and en suite bathroom featuring a lavish walk-in shower with multiple shower heads!  Additionally, this floor offers a guest bedroom with an en suite bath, loft area with table to play games or simply relax, and a washer and dryer.  All bedrooms have king size beds, and the unit has two areas in the loft offering additional sleeping options with two sofa sleepers.  Unit 703 includes free WiFi and comes with 2 seasonal beach service set ups, which includes 2 umbrella and 4 chairs.
