Perfect for family stay

We stayed for spring break. We had 9 adults and 5 kids. The house was perfect with a perfect location. The house came with a golf cart which was a nice perk. It would have been a lot better if the pool was heated because the spring temps at night it was cold and the ocean was cold. You could pay to have the pool heated but wasn't sure the cost was worth it. The communication from Beach Reunion was absolutely great. I would not hesitate to stay here or in any of their properties.

Destin birthday blast

13 out of 17 family members made the trip to celebrate my husband and my 70th birthday. The house size and location, pool and spacious open floor plan were a huge plus. We had several issues with the house and pool but they were corrected quickly by Beach Reunion.

Thanksgiving

Overall we loved the location, space and pool. Check in was smooth. House is nice but could use some upgrades. We were unable to watch tv in the living room. Trash can in kitchen was not emptied the one you pull out. Door handles need to be fixed on some of the doors as well as a kitchen cabinet door. Minor adjustments to the house.

We had a slight problem at the cabana house and Beach Rental moved us within an hour and half after us contacting them. This is the time my entire family of 14 of us get together and enjoy down time and family time. We had a great vacation and made plenty of memories.

Very convenient

The truth is that the property met our expectations. Excellent location, just a 3 min walk from the beach, close to Walmart, gas station, restaurants. The property very spacious, clean, everything you need for the stay. I recommend it 💯

Needs updates

This home is in a great location. Short walk to beach. There were definitely some updates that this home needs. We had issues with the pool heater for 1/2 of our trip. So had to call and get someone out there to fix it. Overall Destin was a great place to vacation. Wouldn’t recommend this home if you’re looking for luxurious or super clean. Just needs updates and the furniture was quite worn. Beds were comfortable though.

Great location, disappointed in cleanliness and maintenance issues

When we arrived we needed every single sleeping space which included the pull out couches. Looked in every closet and there were no sheets or blankets to be found for the pullouts. Ended up purchasing our own. There wasn’t enough towels or wash cloths either. Again we purchased our own. The water heater was/had been leaking for several days/weeks prior to our arrival. Called to report it and a couple days later I heard back. There was black mold on the walls. All the pool toys had to be thrown away because of black mold. The maintenance man who did come said this should have been taken care of weeks prior since it had been leaking. Several door knobs were loose and some vanity cabinet doors fell off when they were opened. The yard needed to be cleaned if weeds and bushes needed trimmed up. There were some dirty towels/wash cloths left hanging over the shower curtains upon our arrival. Overall not impressed by the cleanliness of the house or the general maintenance of the house and yard. We did like the layout and flow of the house and the private pool was a definite plus. Location was absolutely perfect for going to the beach as it was just a short walk.
