This beautifully updated space sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunk beds in the hallway—perfect for families or groups. The condo boasts a brand-new kitchen, stylish new bathroom vanities, and a luxurious custom-tiled shower in the primary bathroom. Unwind in the living room with an electric fireplace set in a serene coastal design, ideal for cozy evenings after a day on the beach.

For your entertainment, we provide Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, DVD players, and two Alexa devices for music, news, and more. Plus, for our musically inclined guests, we’ve included a guitar—so you can strum along to the sound of the waves.

Other Things To Note:
*Beach Service is not included but you can rent chairs and an umbrella during the months of March-October when it is offered. You would rent them from the office when you arrive. We also provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella inside our unit under the bunks. You are welcome to use them as well during your stay.
*This condo is a smoke free condo. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart after housekeeping has a chance to inspect the unit.

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase The Cancel for Any Reason Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.
