Fantastic property! We had 25 people and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is amazing and having a separate carriage house allowed for everyone to spread out. Beach is close enough to walk, and the golf cart is handy when you have a lot of stuff to bring. Communication was spot on. Would stay again!

Family Fun

My family have never gotten together for a week where we could all stay at one place before. This property had plenty of space where we were not one top of each other. We created many great memories there. Would definitely book again.

Large modern property - all suites

Loved that all the rooms other than the bunk room were king suites. Got a lot of use out of the game room. Lots of room for several families or many couples.

Best vacation house yet!

Our family tries to do a vacation every 2 years. This was the best house we have stayed in yet! So well thought out in design, clean, and short walk to beach. If we wanted to be social the main dining- living room was plenty large enough and if you wanted to be alone each bedroom had a TV and there were other sitting areas too!

Five Star Vacation

We absolutely loved this house!! It was so perfect for each bedroom to have its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group and the tables were big enough that we could all sit together to eat. The location was just a short walk from the beach and we all enjoyed having the pool to swim in! I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Destin!

Great Week!

Ryan and his team did a great job with this new property! The outside area, main kitchen, arcade, and that every bedroom had a bathroom made it the perfect house for a multi-family vacation. Very glad we found this place!

October Birthday Celebrations!

We booked this stay to celebrate a 30th birthday for our daughter as well as my wife’s 50th birthday. We had 20 of our close friends and family members and it was awesome! The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely book here again! 10/10

Denise was simply AMAZING!!

Great property to rent but I have to say that Denise was simply AMAZING! A couple of things happened while there but Denise immediately addressed the issue to our satisfaction. I will look forward to renting this property again in 2024!

This property is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was immaculate and the main home and the carriage home had everything needed for our large group. The backyard and pool area are like having your own resort! TLV did an amazing job and the rental process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for an amazing vacation

Great comfortable home!

We had an amazing time in this big home! We had a family reunion and there was 36 of us in the home but it didn’t feel crowded at all! Each room has a bathroom attached plus there’s a powder room near the kitchen/dining area. That made it so comfortable than even with that many people, you could have the privacy of your own room and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great! Also hammocks and lounge chairs in the backyard was a great addition! The beach was very close and so beautiful! Great home in a great location!

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Fantastic location for family and friends to gather and spend a week together. Despite cool breezy and rainy weather each day provided enough sunshine to enjoy the wonderful heated pool and outdoor areas. Everyone had a great time from the youngest who is four to the oldest who was 78. Accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us to cook, eat and play together. We were close enough to all of the local recreational attractions to enjoy mini golf and a dinner cruise, as well as fishing and enjoying the herons and pelicans on the piers. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We loved the house and the location, I was a little sad at the condition of the hot tub. It had cracks and broken pieces all over it. I also didn’t like the amount of people that kept coming to the house. They sent people to work on stuff we weren’t even having issues with multiple days in a row. Other than those things our stay was amazing !

Excellent home for large group!

We were a spring break group, all of us ranged from 21-22 years old. The booking took some extra time with the approval for College Students, but overall was easy and enjoyable. The home is exactly as advertised, extremely clean and perfect for groups. Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool heating elements were not working, but the property manager came that night and fixed them ASAP. The house does not provide any consumables except for dishwasher pods, and each bathroom has a small soap/toiletries kit. The walk to the beach was very easy, maybe 7 minutes max. We had a great time and would book at this property and with Travel Life Vacations again.
