Awesome house

House was plenty spacious for 10 of us and very clean. We had a blast in the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was just a 5 min walk from the front door and bars were about 10 min walk as well.

Excellent property/location

I loved our stay here. The pool area is beautiful and the house was extremely clean. We had 16 people in our group and no one felt crowded. The second living area upstairs is great for traveling kids. The balconies were lovely. The walk to the beach

Family destination christmas

The house is well kept, had most of everything you will need. Need to replace some kitchen cooking items. The pool and hot tub would have been nice if they were heated as requested. The pool was Luke warm and hot tub never got hot. The entire pool shut off on our second day of four so got very cold. Management never called back.

Nice house for 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was not properly ready when we got there. There was sand on the main level and in one of the bedrooms up stairs. The hot tube wasn't ready. When the property manager stopped by, he told us several things he say that should have been done. He said he'd have someone come by the next morning and they didn't come by. We then had issues with the inside and outside freezers. The A/Cs had issues keeping up with the heat and got up to 77 & 78 degrees.

The house was excellent and as advertised. It looks just like its pictures. Lots of room for our 3 generation family. Each bedroom having a private bath was a bonus. The pool added a lot of enjoyment to the property. The availability of pool toys was a bonus. When we called to complain about the dishwasher leaking and lights outside burned out -- they were fixed quickly and without imposition to us. We were disappointed in the lack of supplies that should come with the house. We purchased trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and detergent. This can be easily fixed. This is a property management problem. The only kitchen trash bag was the one in the trash can. This house was advertised to take care of a large family or multiple families. Its design is so that renters can enjoy the house with the pool and cooking. We need the means to clean up (so we could re-use items) without having to purchase household supplies.
