Great place to stay! Beautiful view, we loved the private beach and all 3 pools. Check in was easy and the condo was very nice and fit our family of 5 comfortably.

Overall a very nice unit. Great view and building. Check in was easy, the unit was clean. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open/close. We had to access the balcony from the bedroom. We reported it to the manager who said it would be repaired but was not. The furniture is nice but showing some age, cushions offer little support.

The view was gorgeous. The condo was very nice and looked to be clean. We did find a roach on the floor and when we entered the condo for the first time, the smell of marijuana was so strong. We had to call property management and we ended up leaving for the evening and someone came and sprayed febreeze while we were gone, which really did not help. After a long day of traveling it was very ridiculous we couldn’t stay in the condo until it was aired out for a while. We covered all furniture with sheets because of the saturated smell of marijuana.

Incredible Condo!

This condo was exactly as pictured. The rooms were great, the rental company was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions, and the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the property pools and the easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for our family

The condo was perfect for my family of four. Great view, location, and plenty of space. We also appreciated the covered parking and security. The only negative was a very lackluster gym, but hey, it’s vacation…not the end of the world. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice facility. Did pay extra to check in at 1 however they were still cleaning it unity 1:40. Bring laundry soap, dish soap, extra toilet paper and paper towels. Get a small amount. Master bed was very comfy! Perfect beach spot!

Great location!

Great clean condo- hope to be back next year. Only negative was the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and a blood stain on the shower curtain in master bath. Otherwise great place.

Great Stay!

I have been coming to the Pelican Beach Resort since I was a kid so I knew what to expect with the layout being the same in most rooms. But, that being said the condo was clean and we didn't have any trouble at check-in. My wife, two year old and I had a great stay!

The unit was very clean overall. The code to access the unit did not work when we arrived. It took a few minutes on the phone for us to get a new code, which was a little frustrating after a ten hour drive a several travel bags and groceries. The beds were comfortable, however the couch and living room chairs were very uncomfortable! We could not even sit on the couches and chairs because they were so uncomfortable. There was no any extras of anything, which is okay, but we are used to the condos having little extras. No books, brochures, no paper/pens/informational booklets. No games. Also, to use the coffee pot, you had to hold the button down the entire time the coffee was brewing for it to brew. We just ended up buying coffee from the cafe downstairs. The box fans in the closets were a plus. The second bedroom didn’t cool well, so the kids were happy to have the box fans. Overall, it was good but there are some improvements that could be made.

Beautiful Condo!

Everything was as expected. The condo itself was wonderful! The property’s beach for lounging was limited for the number of guests onsite but Henderson Beach Access is a short drive away.

Great place!

Condo was beautiful and as pictured. Could use a little more detail to cleaning - some stuff on kitchen floor, looks like mold under the tub shower knob, etc. the kitchen nonstick skillets and cookie sheets are very scratched and could be replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay! Would stay again! The pool was great and warm! Beach is beautiful!

The property management was very responsive. We had issues with the lock code and they reset it. We had issues with the toilet and they sent someone up the next day to fix it. The location and the beach were amazing!

Great stay with just one downside

We recently stayed at Pelican Resort in Destin, FL, and it was fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing vacation with my wife and friends. The only downside was the check-in time of 4pm and the early check-out at 9am, which felt a bit rushed. Extending these times would improve the experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend Pelican Resort for a memorable beach getaway. We look forward to returning!

Room was very nice, enjoyed our stay, only thing didn't like was the umbrella setup on the beach, it was just to overcrowded by the beach chair company (no connection to host), other than that, beautiful views as the listing shown. I wish they made a wristband that you could put on and take off while in the room though, was uncomfortable for all of us sleeping with them and so. The room has everything we needed. I think check in could be earlier than it is and checkout a little later though.

My son and I really enjoyed our last-minute trip here. The view was nice, but I will add that it is a partial view of the gulf, not full. So, you can technically see the water, but you need to sit at the far end of the balcony to see it, and even then, you have view of all the other balconies and guests sitting on theirs. It wasn't a big deal but good info to know. The water was gorgeous, the most clear and pristine I have ever seen, on par with Hawaii and Cayman Island! We had yellow flag most days and spent hours riding the gentle waves. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for us 2 and room to spare with the 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. All linens were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes and silverware. I will mention that this condo is on the 20th (top) floor so if heights are an issue that should be noted. We had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival with the door code not working properly which was annoying after a 5-hour drive, but the front desk got it changed for us. We only stayed 2 days, but I appreciated the option to use the in-unit washer/dryer. The security is strict which is good and bad. We had guests come to pick us up and they were given a hard tie about not having a parking pass. They are strict about the wrist bands and charge you 25 for lost ones. The beach set up is not ideal as most condos along 98 aren't. You have to pay for their set up. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend this unit to others.
