great place

nice place, great location, plenty of room, great washer/dryer for large loads, two beach access points across the street, crock pot came in handy, pool was warm which was a big draw back, thermostat was locked also drawback, hot water tank was set too low and called for maintenance help and they put in work order immediately, overall cool place in great location just a few blocks off the bay bridge.

Close to the beach

We had 6 staying with us. Had large kitchen. If you like being around the center of activity. This is it. Plenty of people watching to do here. Close to the stores and beach. Nice place

Beware of extra fees

Property was okay - decent 2 bedroom unit. Anytime we stay in a place with carpet we never feel it’s very clean. Some doors in the unit didn’t close easily. Kitchen pots and pans pretty beat up. No measuring spoons. Big shocker- after reviewing the charges that were riddled with fees, I found an additional $104 VRBO charge on my Visa statement! The fees were way more than the “nightly rate”!

Guest Bathroom Toilet broke, took 48 hours to fix...

Called on a Monday at 1pm to report guest bathroom toilet is broken. 48 hours later on Wednesday I call back to try and understand what the delay is...Oddly enough, the property manager was out getting the parts to fix the toilet...I would avoid this property Management Group if at all possible. Customer Service is not at the top of their list as it pertains to priorities.

Great location for the beach

This was a great location. Only about 1 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right outside to our left. Would definitely stay here again with my family.
