Beautiful home

The home is just like the pictures. Very close to private beach access and the community pool! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is also a nice stock of beach supplies in the outside closet that includes beach chairs and boogie boards

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Home

Home was very nice and was well maintained. We did have a couple of things that were not great. The shower had a giant wad of hair stuck to the bottom of the drain. The trash was over filled outside when we arrived and I sent a message to the to the management company on how we should handle our trash for the next few days until the garbage men came and got no response but it was a Sunday and the week of 4th of July so maybe they were closed. Other than that the home was amazing. We will definitely stay in Destiny by the Sea again when we come back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very well-appointed. It has everything you probably need for a beach outing (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The location could not be better—three minutes (if that) from the beach. The host was very responsive and kept us informed throughout our stay about different things regarding the property. Definitely will come back again.

We had a good time and enjoyed it with the famly. The negatives would be that we couldn't operate the fire pit, the ac filter needed changing, and that someone needs to infirm the contractors that trim the palm trees that if there's houses that are occupied with cars in the driveway, move to the next house.

The house and location were absolutely perfect! It’s located in a private gated community, which means the same for the beach. Far less crowded than other beaches nearby. We have 3 boys under 6 and the proximity to the beach could not have been more perfect at a straight shot to one of the beach access points. Note to owner regarding property management company: 1) We were told we could access the house an hour before checkin, but the guard at the gate doesn’t allow anyone in before 4 pm. Understandable! It was just frustrating to arrive after our 11 hour drive to be turned away and have to kill time for an hour. 2) The refrigerator had a problem and beeped every 10 seconds for 5 straight days. It could be heard throughout the house and was far more annoying than a chirping smoke detector. It was painful? Maintenance was very kind and attentive however a part had to be ordered. Consideration/action from the management company was rather disappointing. I hope it was repaired before your next guests arrived because it can easily ruin a lovely stay. Thank you!
