Wonderful Beacvh House

We had a great time at the beach house! It had close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Communication throughout the process and even during our stay was excellent!

Perfect Destin Getaway

We absolutely loved every aspect of this Beach House! Perfectly laid out with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation special. The location was quiet and quaint but super close to the beach, shopping and local dining. We will definitely be back!

Bachelorette Trip!

Beautiful Destin Home Near Beach

The home itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, and overall comfortable. The location is excellent; while not on a busy road, the home is extremely close to all of the beautiful beaches. We were very happy with our stay, and there is no complaints at all. The hosts are excellent.

Great house and great location!

The house was beautiful and met all our needs. The house was stocked which allowed us to enjoy our time and avoid extra shopping & costs! If you are looking for a great home with access to everything Destin has to offer I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

The property was gorgeous inside. The pool was surprisingly was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. But we adapted. Somewhat disappointed that we were not allowed to get into the house even an hour early. They said they had time locks. But on our departure, they wanted us to let them know if they could get in early to clean. It should go both ways. It was very confusing to go to the beach. There is a beach at the end of the street. But we were told that we could not stay on the beach as it was private. You had to go down a few houses . The beach area that they have reserved chairs is down at crab trap beach, which is about a half mile away. So when you’re carrying stuff you have to go by car. There’s a restaurant in parking is very challenging. But the beach was actually quite lovely down there.I would recommend this house again, but you need to know about the beach.Management was quite helpful about the beach access and very friendly

Quiet getaway

Far enough away from both the beach and the main road to make it nice and quiet, but close enough to make it an easily accessible getaway location. The pool was a nice way to finish off each day.

It met most of our needs for a large number of people staying there (10). The only negatives were the fire pit did not work the entire time we were there despite putting in work requests and the house lacks good items for food entertaining like large serving plates, sharp cutlery, etc. Pool is smaller, but was fine for our needs. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Perfect Multi Family Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and beautiful! The pool is a little small but my kids are young so it was fine. Plenty of space in the backyard to hang out and the screened in porch area is very nice. The beach is very close as is multiple restaurants and shops. The location was perfect and we would def stay here again. A few maintenance issues but they were VERY prompt and responsive about fixing them. 10/10 recommend!

Fabulous everything!

And our family of 10 just enjoyed a four day stay at this property. The house is full of amenities- beautifully decorated, fully stocked, kitchen, front porch seating, back porch seating, Cabana/grill, private, swimming, pool, spacious backyard, corn hole area n more. I love that we could spread out to different areas if you want it quiet to sit and read. A short 2 block walk to the beach made it easy to come n go as you wish for the most part. Owners were very thorough in their communication. Lovely property- would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Hooked Us to Stay Again

This house is absolutely amazing! The owners have thought of everything you would need for your stay and all the amenities are a bonus! The home is welcoming and very comfortable for a large group. The plunge pool was a perfect hang out after being on the beach all day. The walk to the public beach access is short, but just at a mile to the area with the reserved chairs so we drove to the beach to take advantage of the reserve set up. It was perfect! We were also very thankful for the grill and grill tools. The house was very clean and fully stocked! We will be back!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Family vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and cozy. We loved the house. The neighbors however were very loud and kept us up late a couple of nights. The management company was not very accommodating. We ran out of propane tanks n the middle of cooking dinner and they expected us to wait until the next day to receive a new tank. We had to end up buying one. The house could also use some new pans.

Destine Paradise

The house was wonderful. It had everything I was looking for in a vacation home. Except I wasn’t told about the rat traps in and outside the house. Why rat traps in this location you might ask, for snakes of course. Yes I’m aware that Florida has snakes just not informed that they were prevalent in urban area. Maybe the 2 snakes we had were trying to find the dead rat on the side of the house. If you don’t mind no hot water occasionally, then this is your VRBO! We had maintenance people over almost daily. Brand new grill, used once the night before, and they were over maintaining grill the next morning. There were maintenance people for gardening the yard, moving garbage cans twice a week, and to fix the water heater. It was fun trying to catch some sunshine when extra unwanted visitors were always dropping in. As this house is owned by a corporate entity communications were as expected. Call back on their time. Would I stay here again, never for the 5500 a week it cost me. It was lovely having a heated pool for an extra 400. Nice location. Walking available to most places but you have to cross the bustiest road in Destin. Just say a prayer before crossing with little people and you should be good. This was my first VRBO experience and I am hesitant to go this route again.

Nice house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, clean . Pool was way too hot (more like a hot tub) to truly enjoy during the day. We couldn’t even get cool water out of the faucets . It was a nice walk to the beach but we were not told that it was a private beach and the Owners never renewed their membership for access to the beach so we had to walk even further to the public beach. Not happy about that since the description said it had beach access. And it was the whole reason we were there . Especially since the pool was HOT

Perfect House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful house for recent girls’ trip. It was in a great location and has a perfect layout. I would definitely recommend it. It had everything we needed. We did get a little confused about where the beach chairs/umbrellas were located but a quick call to the rental company cleared it up. Vacation Haven was awesome to work with and we would definitely do it all again!
