The living room is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper for additional guests, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch TV with a DVD player. It's the perfect spot to gather after sunset, enjoy a favorite movie, or simply put your feet up after a day spent in the sunshine. With the sleeper sofa, the condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The kitchen includes everything you need to make vacation living simple, from preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to enjoying a relaxing dinner at home. You'll find both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with the basic kitchen essentials to help you feel right at home.

When it's time to recharge, the bedroom offers a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a standing floor fan so you can create your ideal sleeping environment. A 40-inch TV provides entertainment for a quiet evening, while the bathroom's full bathtub is perfect for washing away the sand or enjoying a relaxing soak after a day outdoors.

From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes complimentary beach service with two beach chairs and one umbrella, professionally set up and taken down each day by beach attendants. Just grab your sunscreen and head to your reserved spot on the sand. If you need additional seating, extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

As an added courtesy, the owner has also chosen to provide a few extra beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guests to use when available. Because these are owner-provided extras rather than required amenities, availability may vary from stay to stay.

For added convenience, the property also features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use machines, along with scheduled towel exchange days to help make longer stays even easier.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
