Good location

Nice property. The elevators had issues and had long waits for them to show up. Used the stairs half the time. The staff is great and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. If you sleep on the fold out couch, bring a mattress pad, the mattress provided is not good at all. Also bring extra blankets and plastic cups. There are just enough towels for 4 people, we washed towels since we stayed 7 nights.

Overall the resort that this property resides in is great because it has easy beach access with umbrella/chair service as well as a restarting and tiki bar on property. The pools are very nice and there is a convenience store in the lobby that is nice to have and reasonably priced. The condo itself is in ok shape, but was not in the condition you might expect based on the rate. The condo looked like it had not been updated since the early 90s and many things were in disrepair and it is filled with furniture you’d expect in a college dorm room. The tile on the balcony is rotting from underneath which I hope is not a structural problem. The sheets for the pull out were not meant for a pull out so they were too big. The TV console was falling apart and another piece of furniture was just missing a drawer. So it was functionally intact, but for several thousand dollars for 4 days I’d expect something that isn’t falling apart and doesn’t remind me of being in college. Would not stay here again.

Where to begin… xxxx for 4 nights with a check in beginning at 4pm night one. One person in our party arrived early around 11am she was told no early check in and no bag check. Translation you can sit in our lobby with your belongings until 4pm bc we have no luggage facilities. Upon check in we noticed our room had two towels and two pillows for a condo advertised to “comfortably” accommodate 4 adults. There were no sheets or for the pull out bed. The outlets did not work it was also advertised as two and a 1/2 bath which was not. Also advertised washer and dryer .. what they mean is a washer and dryer for the entire floor. Also check carefully at your initial bill and notice the fat cleaning fee. When checking out your are presented a laundry list of cleaning you are responsible for. So what exactly does your exorbitant cleaning fee cover. Also pictures are incredibly misleading and show a faint view of the beach when in actuality you just have a clear veiw of the drug den next door.
