Welcome to the Beach!

Unit 203 greets you with a one-of-a-kind mural of the beach, painted by the owner. This mural stretches the length of the entry hallway. Other unique artwork is found throughout the unit.

You can experience breathtaking Gulf views while preparing dinner in the fully equipped kitchen which features granite countertops and new cabinets. A smiling whale and an interesting frog are part of the unique artwork you will enjoy throughout the rest of the unit.

As you enter the living room you will be greeted by a large carving of a crane. Cranes are prevalent in the area. It is possible you will see them during your stay here.

The sofa features a built-in charging spot for your phone and a chaise section with storage for the bedding for the queen-size sleeper. The headrests are adjustable for a lower or higher profile to suit your likes. By lifting up on the back the armless chair, it turns into a comfy chaise. A curious Pelican keeps a watchful eye over the painting of a rustic boat and the rest of the room.

Delightful pictures of children playing at the beach and on the bayou are bound to bring a smile as you relax in the light airy bedroom.

In the adjoining bathroom, wall hangings of a Volkswagen bus and an Adirondack chair bring back memories of times gone by.
Unit 203 completed new duct work in Spring of 2025 and replaced the AC unit as well as the hot water unit.


Unit 203 is located near the west end of the building, allowing you to relax in the shade in the late afternoon on your own private balcony which has a high patio table with swivel chairs. In the morning you will enjoy the breathtaking sunrises, along with wonderful Gulf and beach views.

Nearby stairs allow you quick access to the beach without waiting for an elevator - It is just steps away!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club unit #203 accommodates up to 4 people with a King bed and a Queen sofa Sleeper. It has just a 3 night minimum stay year round.

Courts, and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals.
