Fabulous!

We stayed as a family of 6! While the space is small it was perfect. It’s vaca we don’t spend a ton of time in the unit! The large kitchen was wonderful. Enjoyed the washer and dryer in our room. We never heard our bottom neighbors. The air mattress was perfect for our little kiddos & the teens enjoyed the bunk beds. Location was fabulous we loved the crab trap & pool! We had a wonderful visit! Thank you!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property! The location was perfectly positioned in front of the pool and right across from the beach. With our 2 kids, proximity is everything! The property was adequately stocked but bring coffee filters ;) Check in was be try smooth and the rental company was super quick with their responses as well. We were very pleased all around!

Beach Paradise

Great townhome with incredible Destin beach under 5 minutes away! Loved the pond with the sea turtles in the backyard. Pool was terrible- cold and motel atmosphere. Come here for the beautiful white sand and blue green clear waters of the beach!

Destiny Beach Villa

We stayed in 15A, the upper level of the villa. It was really pretty, decorated in white and blue. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated and everything worked well. We didn’t use the second bedroom, and it was very tiny. It would have worked if you had small kids, but I wouldn’t have wanted to put another adult in there as it was accessed through the primary bedroom.The pool was lovely and heated to a comfortable temperature, and the gorgeous beach was a short walk away.We enjoyed watching the turtles, fish, ospreys, ducks and egret on the lake at the back.Great stay! Thanks!

Nice but somewhat of a nuisance.

I love the location. Beautiful views. There were many things that really worked my nerve. TV had too many problems in the living area. Gnats in the sink and bathroom. The bunks were impossible for my sons to get out of without help. Also the owner was on the property. She was really nice but made us feel as if she was spying. I would definitely go back but only on a romantic get away.

Very disappointed,The pictures are misleading and multiple things were wrong with this rental. My husband and I have stayed in many homes and condos over the past 15 years in Destin, This was by far the worst. Balcony door off bedroom wouldn't open (fire hazard), carpets were dirty. Bugs everywhere even in our food. Windows wouldn't open. blinds didn't go up or down.... anyone could see in at night. toilet broke. blender smoked when trying to run it. Outlet in bathroom didn't work as well as one in the kitchen. tried to find another place to stay but due to it being Spring Break there was no availability therefore we left early. Only good thing was it was a short walk to the beach.

We didn’t realize there would be someone below us-it May have been our error but we thought it was an entire unit we were renting-not two different units, downstairs and upstairs. Great location to beach! Unit wasn’t 100% clean upon arrival. The pics online made it look quite a bit bigger.

Christmas vacation

I am from this area so like to check out different properties while I'm down to visit family! It's a nice property- however if anyone and I mean anyone is staying downstairs- you're gonna hear everything. We stayed 3 nights and they left us with one roll of toilet paper- so that's not cool

Five star location

We stayed for our honeymoon after our original booking was infested with mold. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the seamless check-in/check-put experience. Would definitely recommend!

This is a one bedroom with Bunkbeds in the master closet

If you were looking for a two bedroom, look elsewhere. This is a one bedroom with bunkbeds in the master bedroom closet. You must enter the master in order to access the supposed second bedroom. My youngest child tried to sleep in there and came out in the middle of the night and said she couldn’t breathe. She is not one for the theatrics so I truly believe her. VRBO will do nothing about it. I just want to save anyone else. We were offered a decent air mattress, but that still does not provide privacy at all. I never would’ve booked this place had I known that it was really a one bedroom. I think it’s shameful that the host listed this place as such. I have a four bedroom house. I am not going to add bunkbeds to my master closet and call it a five bedroom house.

Our first vacation as a little family

My husband and I brought our 2-year-old daughter with us from Texas for our first family vacation, and we had an amazing time! The rental was incredibly clean, the grounds were quiet, and the lake view was GORGEOUS. We really enjoyed waking up each morning to watch the turtles and fish swim from the deck and having such a short walk to the beach! We would gladly rent here again in the future. Thank you for making our first family vacation so wonderful!

Beautiful Location

The villa was great. We did have an issue with people that were under us but management handled it and the rest of the stay was great !! The location was perfect being right by the beach the views were out of this world.

Love this location

We love these villas for many reasons. The best of which is its location on Scenic Highway 98. It’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants with several within a mile walking distance is perfect. This villa is perfect for a couple or a young family.

Great Water View

My husband and I stayed this past weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we absolutely loved it! The only thing that I really didn’t like was that everything was upstairs, I guess I was confused about that when reading about it. I have arthritis and so going up and down the stairs was sometimes hard for me. It was newly remodeled, very clean and centrally located to everything we’d plan on doing. The water views from the deck were great, the beach was right across the street and we had a view of it from the front balcony outside of our bedroom! We’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend it!!

Very Small

Property is super compact, would not recommend to any party with more than 2 adults. Bunk beds seem like an after-thought as they’re located in what appeared to be the closet. Pull out is a very uncomfortable spring mattress and had to steal pillows/ comforter from bunk beds. Units are split by a door so you can hear others talking in the other unit. Other than that the property was fine.
