Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. The home we rented had everything we needed. Was just like being at home. The community pool was great, all the kids enjoyed it. Beach was in walking distance. Plenty of shopping nearby for everything a family needs. Would definitely stay there again.

However,The living room furniture and mattresses were pretty old and worn. The location by the beach was great and the pool area was big.

Destin 2024 Vacation

Over all the house was as pictured. Good cook wear selection. The floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking on it. I even took pictures. I can’t speak for the other mattresses in the house but the one on the first floor was horrible.

The pool area was great and it had a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was only one issue. The beds need changed. Everything in this place was high end, the beds need to match. I also own a VRBO type rental property and it’s sometimes not always known when issues pop up. Well I’m giving you a heads up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back, just change the beds. Lol

PERFECT!

All the children wished they could live there forever! This house was so spacious and perfect setup for multi family use. Pool was right around the corner and the shuttle bus to the beach was never had us waiting for a ride! We will definitely be booking another house instead of a condo in the future!

Family Fun!!

Our family included 3 adult children between 20 and 25 and 3 children ages 5-10. Location was super convenient to food stores and most importantly the beach!! There was a wagon and beach chairs for use and we left our floaties and sand toys for the next family. Communication was great and we received a touch base call on the second day. We were sad to go home but had such a fun time!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed was the washer downstairs had a horrible odor. We tried to run a few cycles to clean it without success. We simply used the upstairs unit. Everything else was great.

Another master upstairs with washer & dryer for your guests upstairs. We rented beach chair setup and a golf cart. Parked our cars for the week and traveled by golf cart. Centrally located home in a nice gated neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to have our own space. The neighborhood was convenient to everything and having a ride to and from the beach each day was so helpful. The pool area was nice, but the water was so hot you couldn’t enjoy it. I’ve experienced the same at other properties in Destin. The only issue we had was the oven wasn’t working properly but that didn’t interfere with our vacation much. I made the rental company aware and they will be getting it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend Frangista. They were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know during our stay.
