This house is in a great location walking distance from the beach i loved it. The customer service was amazing as well. Devin with RealJoy Vacation Rentals was amazing.

Loved location and easy check in and out. Private beach entrance was a lot of stairs with little space on beach to sit. Property needs some upkeep inside and out. All and all family enjoyed stay and nearby restaurants & activities. We love Destin!

Perfect for our family.

This was the perfect house and location for our family. Distance to the beach was short enough we walked, carrying all our stuff, daily.

We had the best time staying at the Coastal Cabana! We were celebrating our bride to be! The home was well stocked for our group of 8 from kitchenware, bedding, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property was clean and well maintained. RealJoy was accommodating to our schedule and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and an easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean! Overall a wonderful stay and trip! The only downside was the lack of stocking in paper products but that was an easy fix! Another would stay again!

Great Stay

We had great stay and enjoyed ourselves. Although there may have been some cleaning that needed to be done and small upkeep, it was still and enjoyable vacation. If we had any issues, management was great in communicating with us.

Enjoyed our stay

My friends and I stayed for a long holiday weekend. The location of the property was amazing! We were a little disappointed that the dryer wouldn’t turn on, one of the entry doors were broken and unaccessible the entire weekend, and little things (salt, pepper, oven mitts, etc) were not in the home like we’re used to in most VRBO rentals we’ve done. Not a huge deal, but something we wish we were aware of so we could have planned to pack those items. Other than that, great stay! Quiet neighborhood and great location to beach, shops and restaurants.

Very good location

House is in very good location, about 2 blocks from the beach. House is in need of some maintenance, blinds are secured with zip ties, and stairs carpet is very dirty. The house is not kids friendly. There are cable and tv wires exposed very easy for kids to mess with. There are some doors or door safety chains that need to be fixed, and the pool needs lighting. Other than that the house is ok.
