「Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move...

「We hosted a family reunion and this was an amazing place. I’ve hosted serval family destination gatherings using VRBO over the years, and these host have put all my other experiences to shame. Very tentative, they had custom stickers and a sign for our family reunion, as well as games mapped out WITH PRIZES!! Upon arrival there was a place I thought would be good for the kids to play but the grass was a little high, I messaged the host and they sent someone out to mow it all. I really can’t brag...
