「It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. 」

I have only 2 complaints and 2 suggestions (which none of these would deter me from staying her again) Suggestion: 1. getting the master tub looked at, the bottom is uneven. 2. The Roku in the 2nd bedroom was not working. Complaints: 1. The pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. My 16yo nephew woke up with back pain, he even...
