“We had a wonderful visit staying in the Mulberry cottage. Very clean unit with a nice view. All the amenities we needed, even a kitchenette. The owners are super nice and accommodating. Having access to two docks on the lake can't be beat!”

“My stay was wonderful. The pool was the perfect way to cool off after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby town. The propery was beautiful and offered horseshoes, basketball, a pavilion and grills, as well as a fish cleaning station. ”

“The property was clean and the kitchen adequately stocked. It was kid and dog friendly and situated only minutes from Roaring River and 10 minutes from Walmart. ”

“This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. ”

“The tent was adorable. The bed was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. We got there after check in and it was a little dark. She turned the bedside lamps on which helped alot. The first night was perfect. We spent Saturday exploring. We got back Saturday night and just sat outside for awhile. Then a storm came. The wind was ridiculous. I was terrified. I thought the tent was going to blow away. Of course we are fine and it didnt leak at all. We would definitely stay again.”

“Would book this place again in a heartbeat. Was very comfortable for a family of 4. Would also work well for a larger family as it has 6 beds. 2 are in a loft, which our 11 yr old loved. The location was convenient as it got us close enough to all the parks we wanted to visit but also close enough to visit Branson for the day. Dogwood canyon is a must see btw! All pros staying here we can think of no cons!! ”

“Nice quaint home quick drive from roaring rivers trout park and the town of Cassville. Home provided most essentials you would need for a “camping” experience (bbq supplies, bonfire supplies, outdoor games, etc.) The deck could use some updating but all in all a great place to getaway for a weekend and enjoy the outdoors and still have the comfort of home. ”
