“A true historic gem in a beautiful area of Kentucky! The cottage is spacious, well appointed, and was immaculately clean on our arrival. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the property immensely. But what the website cannot convey is the sheer sense of history you experience by staying in this wonderful place. Merchants Row, where the cottage is situated, is largely unchanged from its 1840s origins. The house across the road had a cannonball through its window during the Civil War, another……

“Sundance Acres is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Very private yet within close proximity to area attractions. We enjoyed Taylorsville lake area as well as Kentucky Horse Farm. We especially enjoyed fishing in the the pond and walks on the property. The cabin is immaculate and well stocked. Check in and out was effortless and hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to this area of Kentucky.”

“Our large family stayed at the home for 3 nights. There was a lot to do for the adults and kids ages 5 to 14 - nice pool with floats and volleyball, a great hot tub, corn hole, a neat tree house, a big trampoline, basketball goal and a large firepit with plenty of wood. Inside we played board games, air hockey, pool and foosball. We never were bored or felt the need to leave the property to go do something. The rooms and beds were nice. “This home had it all! The perfect set up for all ages. We utilized the pool, hot tub, game room and had a movie night. We cooked dinners 3 out of our 4 nights and went for walks so the kids could see horses and cows. We explored nearby towns and found distilleries, golf courses, boutiques/shops and good restaurants and bakeries. We worked from the sunroom and out by the pool. We will definitely be back. The perfect place to get away!”
