「Housekeeping had to be asked for repeatedly. 4 days until our room was serviced. Towels and washcloths were not replaced until you went to the front and asked for them. Breakfast was good the first day but was less and less each progressive day. Waffle machine removed. Food gone before the end of breakfast. Staff was pleasant. 」
