“Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.”

“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“We absolutely loved our stay aboard MV Seacrest. Mark is a great host who was wonderful about communicating before and during our stay. He greeted us aboard on our first day, gave us a tour of the boat and explained some of the rules and things about our stay so check in was so easy. Seacrest is definitely a unique place to stay, but if you know going in that you’re staying on a 100+ year old ship and not a luxury cruise mega boat, you will have a fantastic stay. “We booked two apartments for a family stay as we were attending the Hampton Court Palace Festival. The location was great (two mile walk or quick Uber ride) for the festival. The apartments were clean and we managed to get parking in the apartment car park. If we hadn't got free parking there was a public car park right opposite with loads of spaces so parking not an issue. Check in as at the Crown Plaza hotel just down the road so you need to factor that in to your plans but it wasn't a huge……

“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“Hygiene is a big issue. The washroom basin was stuck, and the water stayed in the basin with some stuff coming out. They have to solve it twice, unluckily that was my last date of stay.”

“There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. ”

“Excellent value for money only 10mins drive from legoland which is why we stayed. Local amenities super close by and free parking! Makes it better value than a “main brand” hotel stay. Would definitely use again. ”
